I used to not like writing
Growing up, I documented my summers in unnecessary detail, filled diaries with my thoughts, and wrote handwritten notes to friends and family. I loved it simply because I always had something to say.
Somewhere between school, work, and life, writing started to feel more like an assignment than something I enjoyed. I also developed a habit of trying to perfect, or profit from every creative outlet until I eventually burned myself out.
This blog is my way of returning to writing without the pressure. My diary has carried the workload long enough. It’s time to let the internet in on some of it.
